Tours are not confirmed until at least 8 people have signed up. In the event, the tour does not meet the minimum requirement, our staff will contact you 24 hours prior to your tour. You can either reschedule or receive a full refund.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
All riders must be 18 years of age or older.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund. For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time. This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund. This experience requires A minimum of eight travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
LATE FEES
We reserve the right to charge your credit card following the tour. Since the Paradise Pedal Cruisers is powered by its passengers, they control the speed at which the tour progresses. For scheduling purposes, it is necessary that the tour end within 10 minutes of the scheduled return time.
- 10-15 minutes late = $50
- 15-30 minutes late = $150
- More than 30 minutes late = $300
INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIORS
Inappropriate Behaviors occurring before, during, or after your tour may result in a $300 penalty, to be charged to the renter’s credit card. (If your tour is ended due to any of these Inappropriate Behaviors, no refund will be issued.)
Examples include, but are not limited to:
- Extreme intoxication
- Giving alcohol to non-passengers
- Public urination
- Littering
- Excessive noise
- Obscene or vulgar language
- Loitering more than 10 minutes after tour
DAMAGE FEE
The Damage Fee is the actual cost to repair the damage, to be determined solely by Paradise Pedal Cruisers
